This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a passion for delivering exceptional aftersales support.As the key link between our customers, technicians, and parts department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring service jobs run smoothly from booking through to completion.About the RoleReporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing customer service enquiries over the phone, face-to-face and via emailBooking and coordinating machinery servicing and repairsCreating and managing service repair ordersLiaising with technicians regarding job progress and timeframesCommunicating repair updates and recommendations to customersCoordinating parts availability with the Parts DepartmentProcessing invoices and explaining charges to customersAssisting with warranty administration and service documentationManaging multiple jobs and customer interactions simultaneouslyIdentifying opportunities for preventative maintenance and additional service workMaintaining accurate customer records within dealership systemsSupporting a secure and organised workshop environmentAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Administration, or customer service roleA mechanical or similar trade qualification or mechanical aptitude/ exposure to machinery, automotive, agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment industriesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesThe ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environmentStrong attention to detail and administrative accuracyA proactive and solutions-focused mindsetConfidence working with computer systems and service softwareA commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent customer serviceWhy Join Allclass?
