On the job training will be provided.In these hands-on roles, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Key responsibilities:Assembly of high-volume electronic modules for the telecommunications market as well as prototype unitsBuild and assemble DC and RF circuits for telecommunication microwave modulesPerform assembly of wire looms, including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, termination, testing, and inspection to meet production and quality requirementsAssembly production jigs, accessories, and prototype assemblies or subassembliesPerform basic functional testing of electronic circuitsOperate specialised manufacturing equipment including wire/ribbon bonding, gap welding, die placing,



reflow soldering, vapour degreasing and hand solderingActively participate in training programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesKey requirements:Ability to perform work under a microscopeAptitude to read and interpret technical instructions and drawingsOutstanding fine motor skills and high level of attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience in miniature assembly (or related activities)Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is desirableProven experience in operating microscopes and effectively interpreting the imagesIPC standards certifications such as IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 or equivalent will be highly regardedAs part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to confirm their right to work in Australia (Australian citizenship preferred) as well as successfully complete pre-employment checks (qualified references, police clearance, proof of qualifications and ITAR screening).
