About the roleWe're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our Myhealth Cremorne clinic on a permanent part-time basis, working 4 days per week.

As a Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence while creating a supportive, team-driven environment.
You'll have the chance to grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking practice that places strong emphasis on personal development and ongoing training.
A day in the life:
Collaborating with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflows
Overseeing the day-to-day practice operations with a focus on quality care
Facilitating inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff
Managing the diary scheduling system with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordination
Providing solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries
Leading a team with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and patient care
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Practice Manager within General Practice (Highly Regarded)
Confident in taking on leadership and senior administrative roles
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills




Experience in managing nursing and administration staff is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and practice operations
