Click here for details and contact the enquires person for further information.About the roleThe Assistant Support Worker supports the delivery of parenting, education, and wellbeing programs for vulnerable young people.
Working under the supervision of senior staff and as part of a multidisciplinary team, the role assists with case management, client support, transport coordination, and program delivery while contributing to continuous quality improvement.Key duties of the roleHealth care and case management services, DECD Flexible Learning Services are planned and delivered at MYH sites and via outreach for young people their families and communities are involved in service provisionQuality management, professional standards and risk management activities and ongoing improvement of services are maintainedCulturally sensitive services are deliveredA positive and protected work culture are encouraged and fostered within the Metropolitan Youth HealthIndividual development and education requirements are metSkills and ExperienceDemonstrated experience working with young people, families,
