Key responsibilities
Expert optical dispensing including progressives, lens coatings, and frame styling
Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised eyewear solutions
Accurate fitting, adjustments, troubleshooting, and measurements
Managing patient orders from consultation through to collection
Working collaboratively with optometrists to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
Maintaining dispensary presentation, stock organisation, and operational efficiency
Driving repeat business through strong patient relationships and product confidence
What we're looking for




Proven experience as an Optical Dispenser is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of lenses, frame fitting, measurements, and patient recommendations
Experience with Optomate
Confidence in premium sales, upselling, and customer retention
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Availability across Alexandra Hills and surrounding locations
Ideal for candidates located in:
Capalaba, Cleveland, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Thornlands, Sheldon, Victoria Point, and Thorneside or Greater Brisbane.
