You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, packing and dispatching stock while helping to maintain inventory accuracy and ensuring goods move efficiently through the warehouse.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and committed to delivering high standards of service and safety.What You'll Be DoingReceive, unload and store inbound goodsPick, pack and dispatch customer orders accuratelyLoad and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safelyOperate forklifts,



pallet jacks and warehouse equipmentAssist with stock control and inventory managementConduct cycle counts and stocktakesPrepare freight and dispatch documentationSupport container unloads and stock putawayMaintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standardsWork collaboratively with the wider operations teamWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate picking, packing and dispatch of customer ordersStrong inventory accuracy and stock controlSafe and efficient warehouse operationsPositive contribution to team productivityConsistent adherence to WHS requirementsHigh standards of warehouse organisation and housekeepingAbout YouYou will ideally bring:Previous warehouse or storeperson experienceCurrent Driver's LicenceExperience operating warehouse equipment safelyStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive and reliable work ethicGood communication and teamwork skillsExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)The following will be highly regarded:MR LicenceExperience with barcode scanners and inventory systemsPrevious experience in a senior warehouse or 2IC roleExposure to 5S or lean warehouse practicesWhy Join Omni Group?
