We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking and reliable member for our dispatch administration team.The position is 38 hrs per week, Mon-Fri.The applicant needs to have the following attributes:Valuable computer skills, including a working knowledge of ExcelExperience with MYOB Acumatica (or a similar ERP system) is highly regardedStrong attention to detail and accurate data entryClear communication skills,



both written and over the phoneAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily dispatch deadlinesAbility to take and follow directionsAbility to work autonomously and within a teamComfortable moving between the office and the nursery in all weather conditionsHave reliable transportDuties include:Processing and entering customer orders in MYOB AcumaticaPreparing dispatch paperwork, run sheets, delivery dockets and invoicesCoordinating with the dispatch and nursery teams to ensure orders are picked and loaded correctlyLiaising with customers and transport providers regarding deliveriesMaintaining spreadsheets and reporting in ExcelBarcoding, stock and inventory record keepingQuality control checks on outgoing ordersGeneral office administrationIf you have a passion for the nursery industry and you feel this is you, please email your resume.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
