We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Compliance, Quality & Security Manager to join our team based at our Ingleburn site.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing, physical security and operational processes in line with contractual obligations and compliance requirements, including ISO, SOC 2, IRAP, PCI, and CQM standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that quality systems support continuous improvement initiatives and align with industry best practice frameworks to meet current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities include
Develop, deploy and maintain best practice SOP's and documentation that delivers quality and compliance at all times.
Ensure compliance with ISO, SOC 2, IRAP, PCI, and CQM standards, as well as all relevant regulatory and contractual requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain site security and quality systems, processes, and documentation.
Oversee site Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), risk management, and compliance controls.
Lead audit preparation,



coordination, and follow-up actions for internal and external audits in line.
With business requirements.
Support qualification and implementation of new processes, products, and materials.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across security, quality, compliance, safety, and operational performance.
Maintain and enhance site security protocols and controls.
Promote a strong culture of compliance, physical access security, quality, and safety across all levels of the organisation.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following
Demonstrated experience in a Quality, Compliance, or HSE leadership role, ideally gained within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
Experience with quality management systems, including ISO **** and ISO *****.
Experience working in a highly secure card manufacturing and or personalisation environment (highly desirable)
Experience with audit preparation and management (internal and external audits).
Highly organised with effective planning and prioritising skills to meet schedules and deadlines.




Exposure to PCI or similar regulated compliance frameworks (advantageous).
Sound experience in OHS Risk Controls and PCI, SOC2, IRAP standards and requirements.
Awareness of / or exposure to the audit requirements for the logging of digital security aspects for PCI, SOC2 and/or IRAP compliance.
Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles.
Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma exposure desirable).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
High attention to detail with robust analytical and reporting skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
