This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team and strengthening customer relationships across Queensland.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote, sell and secure new business from new and existing customers through building effective relationshipsAchieve sales budgets gross profit targets and strategic business objectivesGrow market share and increase the presence of Darley's product portfolio across new and existing customersLead, mentor and develop the Sales teams to achieve outstanding resultsEstablish clear performance expectations, KPIs and initiatives aligned with company goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and industry partners.Monitor market trends,
