Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a casual, on-site role based in Prospect, SA.
This position is responsible for greeting clients, managing check-ins and check-outs, taking payments and ensuring a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
The role also involves handling payments, managing the waiting area, supporting clinicians with administrative tasks,



basic cleaning tasks and coordinating communications between clients and physiotherapists.
The receptionist helps uphold smooth clinic operations and a positive client experience.
QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.Experience with receptionist duties and clerical skills, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and basic office administration.Demonstrated phone etiquette and ability to handle enquiries, bookings, and follow-up calls in a courteous and efficient manner.Basic computer literacy, including use of practice management or booking systems, email, and office software.Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work well independently.Previous experience in a healthcare or allied health setting is beneficial but not mandatory.Availability to work on-site in Prospect, SA, with flexibility to cover clinic operating hours as required.
