Receptionist / Administration Assistant (Part Time)We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our busy accounting practice.This is a part time position with negotiable hours, ideally Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming experience while providing administrative support to our team.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls.Welcome clients and notify accountants of their arrival.Confirm client appointments.Prepare and send documents via DocuSign.Scan, save and file documents and emails.Prepare tax return documentation.Set up jobs and allocate them to accountants.Assist with client onboarding.Undertake other duties as directedAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A positive,

Experience with Xero Practice Manager and Google Workspace will be highly regarded but is not essential.
