Skinlux Face & Body is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the upcoming launch of our brand-new Leederville clinic.
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Dermal Therapist or Senior Dermal Therapist who genuinely loves helping clients achieve life-changing skin outcomes and wants to be part of a growing business where their contribution truly matters.
Successful candidates will initially be based at our established Booragoon clinic for onboarding, training and team integration before transitioning to our new Leederville clinic once the opening date is confirmed.

What You'll Be Doing
Conducting comprehensive skin consultations
Developing customised treatment plans and leading clients to healthier, glowing skin
Performing advanced skin and body treatments
Educating clients on treatment pathways and home-care recommendations
Building long-term client relationships
Encouraging client retention and rebooking through exceptional service
Managing bookings, client communication and administration
Capturing treatment content for social media
Contributing to clinic growth and team success
Maintaining exceptional treatment standards and client experiences
Treatments You May Be Performing
Skin Needling
HIFU
Chemical Peels and LED
Corrective Skin Treatments such as IPL Skin Corrrections
Laser hair removal and Laser skin correction
Acne Management Programs
Pigmentation Treatments
Ageing & Rejuvenation Treatments
Body Sculpting & Contouring Treatments
What We're Looking For
Essential
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy,



Dermal Therapy or Dermal Science
Minimum 1 year experience in a skin-focused clinic environment
Solid understanding of skin anatomy, treatment planning and skincare ingredients
Confidence performing consultations and recommending treatment plans
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Genuine passion for skin health and client outcomes
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Positive, team-focused attitude
Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
Availability for one late evening per week (Wednesday or Thursday) and Saturdays
Training with other technologies such as Venus Viva, Venus Nova, Versa, HIFU and other modalities will be provided during onboarding.
