Job Description
WESTERN TITAN TRANSPORT PTY LTD About the Role The successful applicant will be responsible for transporting asphalt, construction materials and related equipment between asphalt plants, depots and civil construction sites across Western Australia.
The role involves operating HC or MC heavy vehicles, including specialised walking floor trailers, while ensuring compliance with Australian road transport legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies.
The successful applicant will contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of transport services supporting road construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities Operate HC or MC heavy vehicles, including specialised walking floor trailers, to transport asphalt and construction materials.
Conduct daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
Transport materials safely and efficiently in accordance with delivery schedules and operational requirements.
Secure and restrain loads in compliance with Australian transport regulations and company procedures.
Complete delivery documentation, logbooks and fatigue management records accurately.
Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly.
Assist with transport operations supporting road construction and infrastructure projects.
Comply with workplace health and safety policies, road transport legislation and company procedures.
Liaise with supervisors, dispatch personnel and project teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain vehicles and trailers in a clean, safe and serviceable condition.
Essential Criteria Minimum 1–2 years' relevant experience operating HC or MC heavy vehicles.
Current and valid HC or MC Driver Licence.




Sound knowledge of Australian road transport legislation, fatigue management and load restraint requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual handling duties where required.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Willingness to travel to metropolitan and regional work locations as required.
Valid Australian working rights.
What We Offer Competitive salary of $80,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
