Hands-on role, permanent position, on the go, not behind a desk.
Reporting to the Branch Business Unit Manager, you'll take the lead in driving operational excellence and team success.
Your key responsibilities include:
Lead with impact
– Set explicit direction, define roles, and inspire performance for a team of around ***** employees.
Champion safety
– Uphold and enforce WHS standards to keep our people and customers safe.
Own operations
– Oversee rectification, inspections, and all site asset movements with precision.
Safeguard the branch
– Manage security, site maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver results
– Hit KPIs aligned with sales channels and vendor requirements.
Drive profitability
– Collaborate with management and staff to achieve budgeted branch profit.
Lead the way
– Play an active role in the Bibra Lake Leadership Team to enhance services, boost employee engagement, and elevate customer NPS scores.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
A proven track record in operations, ideally with experience in the Auction or Industrial industries
Self-motivated with a hands on, can-do attitude




Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments
Ability to engage and motivate a team with strong people management skills
Proven customer service skills and NPS experience
Competent oral and written communication skills
Competent MS Office skills and the ability to learn our user-friendly auction system
Excellent time management skills
Demonstrated understanding of WH&S; regulations
Current Manual Drivers Licence
(essential)
