are looking for experienced and dedicated
Wait Staff
to become part of their professional and hard-working team.
The successful applicants will have:
Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
Previous A La Carte restaurant experience which must include 3 plate carry, tray service and handling large volumes of tables 2-3 years experience
Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests
steak knowledge preferred
Basic allergen understanding
A current RSA
Willingness to undergo our specified training program
Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays




Valuable and clear communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Own vehicle preferred to be able to stay past 11pm if requred
