The Role
As the Pharmacist, you will be the clinical heart of our pharmacy.
You will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bustling, expanding business.

What You Bring
Expertise
: Significant experience in a community pharmacy role, with additional knowledge of DAA/aged care software systems highly advantageous.

What you'll be doing
Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and dispensing medications to patients
Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate records




Working with our other pharmacists to provide service excellence to our aged care contractors.
Maintaining budgets and business goals as communicated by the Director/Proprietor
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans
Overseeing pharmacy technicians and assistants to maintain efficient operations
Actively participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry changes
Contributing to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, with management and leadership experience an advantage .
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide accurate, evidence-based advice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and other healthcare providers
Proven track record of maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care and patient safety
Proficient in using pharmacy software and technology to support effective operations
Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement
