Our Maintenance is critical to this success – ensuring our fleet runs at peak performance through high quality servicing and maintenance.We're now looking for qualified mechanics to join our team at Sydney Airport.
You'll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our bus fleet – including our new Battery Electric vehicles – as we continue to raise the bar for safety, sustainability and service.
This is a workshop-based role where your skills, attention to detail and commitment to high standards will make a real impact every day.Location: Mascot, SydneyOur team of mechanics will work a 40-hour week on a rotating roster to cover the following operational hours:Monday to Friday: 5am – 10pmSaturday and Sunday: 5am – 2pmWhat you'll be doingConduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on buses (including Battery Electric vehicles)Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safelyEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturer standardsWork collaboratively with the Fleet and Workshop team to meet operational deadlinesWhat you'll bringTrade qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or similarExperience in bus, truck or commercial vehicle maintenanceA safety-first mindset and pride in delivering quality workAbility to work as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop environmentHR or MR licence (or willingness to obtain) highly desirableAbility to obtain an Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC)Why join us?
