Role DescriptionThis role is a casual role starting with two days on site in Coolum each week with the intention for permanent growth.
There will also be additional hours during sale periods, launches and holiday periods.
Hours can be flexible.
As a Brand & eCommerce Assistant, no two days are the same.
You'll play a hands on role across operations, customer experience and creative projects, helping bring the Angus The Label brand to life.Your responsibilities will include:Picking, packing and dispatching online orders with care and attention to detail.Processing returns, exchanges and assisting with inventory management.Organising and replenishing stock within the studio.Assisting with the creation of engaging social media content, including brainstorming ideas, filming and editing.Contributing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions.Assisting with the planning, styling and execution of photoshoots, including preparing products and coordinating shoot-day logistics.Supporting general studio operations to ensure the day-to-day running of the business is efficient and organised.Running occasional business related errands and providing administrative support where required.Working closely with the founder across a variety of exciting projects as the business continues to grow.
QualificationsEssentialPrevious experience in retail, eCommerce,



customer service or a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.High attention to detail and accuracy.A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.Comfortable working independently in a small business environment.Confident using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and facebook.A genuine interest in fashion, branding and content creation.Physically capable of picking, packing and moving stock throughout the day.Current Australian driver's licence.
DesirableExperience in fashion, retail or eCommerce.Experience with inventory management and order fulfilment.Experience creating content for social media, including filming and editing short form video.Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.Experience working with Shopify.Knowledge of Canva & Capcut.Basic photography or styling experience.
QualificationsWhile formal qualifications are not essential, the following would be highly regarded:Certificate IV or Diploma in Fashion, Marketing, Business, Retail or a related field.Tertiary studies in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business or similar.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a quick moving, creative environment.
You'll be equally happy packing orders one hour, brainstorming a new campaign the next, and helping bring a photoshoot to life in the afternoon.
