Today the business is operating up to 10+ Rigs and possesses extensive

Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Demonstrate
a hands-on approach to supervising and leading multiple teams of drilling
and operational crews for exploration drilling
Demonstrated
ability to multi-task, displaying strong organisation, future planning,
problem solving and team leadership
Ability to
train and mentor drillers and offsiders
Troubleshoot




operational, logistical and mechanical issues
Liaise and
coordinate with the client
"Boots on
ground" position with a robust admin team providing support in the office.
Maintain
accurate records and reports on daily operations
Conduct
toolbox meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Contribute
to a strong safety culture
Position Minimum Requirements
12 months
minimum experience Supervising drill rigs
Hands on
RC Drilling experience
S26
required or to be obtained
HR-B
Drivers License Minimum
Cert IV in
Drilling Operations preferred
First Aid
Certificate
Must be
able to pass pre-employment medical
National
Police Clearance required
Full
Working Rights in Australia and residential address within Western
Australia.
