We are currently seeking a building supervisor to join our awrd-winning construction team.
This role will suit an experienced building supervisor
seeking a secure and financially stable employer with a steady flow of projects or a career tradesperson
looking to get off the tools.
Addstyle undertakes projects across the Perth metro area in a variety of styles, from character home renovations to contemporary-architectural extensions.
Projects range in value from $300,000 to over $2 million.

With no more than
6-8
active projects per supervisor at any time.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
A minimum of 10 years building experience in a
trade and/or supervisor
capacity.
Experience in home renovations and extensions work.




Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) are essential for this position.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to client relations
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong local building and construction knowledge.
