group, is seeking a confident, organised, and patient-focused Leader to help drive patient experience, treatment conversion, and clinic performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front — supporting patients through their journey while helping the clinic run at a high level every day.
You'll work closely with clinicians and the reception team to:
Manage appointment flow and daily schedules
Improve treatment acceptance and patient follow-up
Support recall and reactivation systems
Lead and mentor front office staff
Help drive strong clinic performance and patient outcomes
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in a busy dental front office or treatment coordinator role
Is confident speaking with patients about treatment and bookings
Naturally takes ownership and solves problems quickly
Enjoys leadership, accountability, and achieving results
