About You
We are seeking a capable and proficient Senior Architect / Contract Administrator, with local experience, to join our passionate and dedicated team.

We're Seeking Someone With:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Contract Administration of significant architectural projects, particularly educational and civic projects.
Experience acting as a Superintendent or Superintendent's Representative.
Experience in delivering Department of Finance projects and listing by Department of Housing and Works as an approved SR is welcome
An excellent understanding of procurement options and local Construction contracts
Experience in D&C; contract delivery
Experience in project programming, written specifications and consultant management
Experience in local construction systems, detailing and scheduling
A thorough understanding of building codes, standards and regulations
An understanding of Revit/BIM processes and protocol
Rigorous and proactive approach in managing contracts and reporting to Clients
The passion and rigor required to maintain design intent throughout the entire architectural process
