Fork Force Australia Pty Ltd – Larapinta QLDWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing a wide range of materials handling equipment.
This role provides a varied workload, combining preventative maintenance, diagnostics, breakdown repairs, and customer support, while offering the opportunity to work independently and develop strong technical expertise.ResponsibilitiesPerform servicing, repairs and maintenance on materials handling equipment and associated machineryDiagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faultsConduct scheduled preventative maintenance and safety inspectionsComplete breakdown repairs in both workshop and field environmentsInstall, commission and test equipment as requiredProvide technical support and advice to customers regarding operation and maintenanceMaintain accurate service records, job documentation, and parts usageEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company proceduresCollaborate with other technicians and departments to achieve customer and operational objectivesDeliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all timesQualifications & ExperienceTrade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Automotive, Diesel Fitting or a related field preferredExperience servicing and repairing forklifts, access equipment, construction equipment, or similar machinery advantageousStrong mechanical,
