Testament to our rapidly growing business, we have 6 Hay Processing plants across 3 states.
Casual seasonal positions are available for sample prep and crop inspectors at our Balaklava processing plant.
Principle responsibilities include:
Oversee the physical and administrative receival and dispatch of hay from site, conducts weighbridge receivals & dispatch, moisture checking of bales and storage/scheduling.
Conduct hay crop inspections.
Prepare and dispatch quality assurance samples.
Ensuring self and others comply with Gilmac values of safety, quality and OHS policies and procedures.
Successful applicants will:
Have Microsoft Office experience.
Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug screen.
Have versatile availability during harvest.
