Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced
Drilling Supervisor
to join our leadership team.

About the Role
Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for leading multiple drilling crews across Western Australia while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring drilling crews.
Promoting a robust safety culture across all operations.
Ensuring compliance with all client and legislative requirements.
Managing daily drilling operations and equipment utilization.
Coordinating maintenance and supporting mechanical requirements.
Building strong relationships with clients and site representatives.
Monitoring productivity, drilling performance and quality.
Conducting field audits, inspections and safety observations.
Assisting with mobilisation and project planning.
Developing and mentoring future drillers and supervisors.
About You
To be successful you will possess:
Previous supervisory experience within the drilling industry.
Water well drilling experience (essential).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of drilling operations and safety systems.
Schedule 26 (preferred or willing to obtain in the first 6 months)
Certificate IV in Drilling Operations (highly regarded).
Current HR Licence (or higher).
Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
National Police Clearance.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and crews.
A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
