Here's What a Typical Day in the Role Might Look
Like:
Lead the preparation and cooking of meals for residents,
ensuring high-quality food is served.
Collaborate with the Chef Manager to plan menus catering to
dietary requirements, preferences, and cultural needs.
Oversee kitchen operations, including stock control, waste
management, and food safety protocols.
Ensure meals are presented beautifully and in line with
food safety standards.
Work closely with kitchen staff, providing training and
guidance as needed.

Hotel Services Team
is looking for a
skilled
Chef
to join their agile team.
This team
collaborates to ensure every resident enjoys exceptional meals
tailored to their individual dietary needs.
What Qualities is the Team Looking For?




Culinary expertise with a passion for high-quality
food.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
A commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
What You'll Bring:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
qualification.
Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within
aged care or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and
independently.
