Bankstown Hospital is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team across key portfolios.
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders, including the Director of Clinical Governance and Director of Allied Health.
Play a pivotal role in enabling strategic initiatives that enhance patient care and service delivery.
Work closely with influential healthcare leaders driving innovation and excellence across the organisation.
Be part of a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes for the community.

This Executive Assistant role is ideal for someone who brings professionalism, discretion and a steady, organised approach to supporting senior leadership.
Able to manage complex calendars seamlessly, ensuring shifting priorities and commitments remain aligned.
Experienced in coordinating meetings and communications with clarity, timeliness and discretion.
Skilled in preparing reports and documentation that are accurate, polished and decision‐ready.
Committed to maintaining smooth day‐to‐day operations through proactive organisation and attention to detail.
Comfortable thriving in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment while supporting leadership in a meaningful and reliable way.
