Lead a high-performing team to deliver deep financial analysis and innovative solutions that drive savings, reform, and meaningful impact for NSW!
The Reviews and Reform team partners with agencies to undertake strategic reviews of Government activity, provide advice to Government on the sustainability of the agencies finances and identify reform initiatives to improve operations, service delivery, and financial sustainability.
As Associate Director, you will lead a team to deliver deep analysis of government expenditure, uncovering savings and reform opportunities as well as associated risks and mitigation strategies.
You will set project direction, apply strategic thinking, and provide clear, evidence-based advice to senior executives through written, verbal, and visual formats.
The role demands strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across Treasury and other agencies to secure support for innovative solutions.
You will oversee project planning, financial diligence and analysis, and team development in a fast-paced environment, driving meaningful reform for NSW.
You will be joining our Policy and Budget Group and will be working within the Strategy, Reviews and Reform Division / Reviews and Reform Team.

Strong leadership capabilities, including experience in overseeing work led by team members, coaching and helping team members grow professionally.
