At Halls Head Dental, we're looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.
This is a dual role, perfect for someone who enjoys both patient care and front office responsibilities.
Job Description
You'll split your time between supporting our clinicians chairside and providing a welcoming experience for our patients at reception.

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting our dentists with a variety of clinical proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and sterilising instrumentsMaintaining infection control standardsGreeting patients and creating a positive first impressionAnswering phone calls and assisting with patient enquiriesBooking and managing appointmentsProcessing payments and health fund claimsMaintaining accurate patient recordsSupporting the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous Dental Assistant and/or Dental Reception experience (preferred)Is friendly,



professional and passionate about delivering exceptional patient careIs organised, adaptable and enjoys a fast-paced environmentHas excellent communication and customer service skillsWorks well both independently and as part of a teamIs willing to jump in wherever needed to support the practice
