About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee operations and technicians at Wagerup Refinery in the Peel region of WA.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be the company representative and key client point of contact.
We are looking for an individual who can work autonomously and is a motivated self‐starter with a strong commitment to company values and safety.
Supervise and manage on-site employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Delegate work, manage workloads, and plan resources to ensure projects run smoothly.
Oversee fieldwork operations, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Act as the work execution lead, ensuring all tasks are carried out effectively, on time, and to the required standards.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring excellent customer service.




Continuously seek ways to improve processes and performance on-site.
Requirements:
Mechanical trade qualification.
Technical experience with the maintenance of fluid power systems.
Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within an industrial environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to foster strong working relationships with both clients and team members.
Australian citizenship or permanent working visa only.
