Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised and proactive
Project Administrator
to join our Operations Team.
This is a quick-paced role where no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for coordinating projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring projects are planned, scheduled and delivered efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role
Reporting to the Supervision Manager, you will become the central coordination point between our Sales Team, Designers, Site Supervisors, Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
You will ensure every project is organised, compliant and progressing according to schedule.
This is not simply an administration role—it is a key operational position responsible for keeping multiple residential construction projects running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Project Coordination
Coordinate projects from contract award through to completion.
Review project documentation to ensure all information is complete before work commences.
Allocate projects to Supervisors and Designers.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Monday.com.
Monitor project milestones and proactively manage scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate supplier deliveries and subcontractor bookings.
Ensure materials and resources are available when required.
Client Communication
Contact clients following contract award.
Become the primary office contact throughout the project.
Provide regular project updates.
Manage client expectations throughout planning and construction.
Coordinate approved variations.
Maintain accurate communication records.




Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Prepare work orders and project records.
Coordinate compliance documentation.
Work with the HSE Manager to ensure safety requirements are completed before work commences.
Assist with project handovers and completion documentation.
Ensure Monday.com is maintained accurately throughout every project.
Team Coordination
Liaise daily with Site Supervisors.
Coordinate Designers, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
Assist with resource planning and scheduling.
Escalate project risks or delays to management.
Support continuous improvement of company systems and processes.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration or Construction Administration.
Experience within the residential or commercial construction industry.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
High level of initiative.
Confidence working with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software would be highly regarded.
