Job tasks and responsibilities
This position requires you to be proficient in hand stretching dough and cooking pizzas in a Wood fire oven with the ability to run a section alone during the weekdays making up to 100 pizzas in a day in harmony with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service and limited wait times.
Summer services are incredibly busy serving between ******* pizzas a day so requires someone who works well in pairs under pressure whilst having the ability to work to a high standard of cleanliness to meet demand.
You will be expected to keep prep and stock levels to business requirements as well as maintaining OH&S; standards.
