About The Role
Lake Imaging, part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Group, is seeking an aspiring or experienced CT Radiographer to step into a leadership opportunity based in Ballarat.
As part of IDX—one of Australasia's leading diagnostic imaging networks—you will benefit from corporate-scale infrastructure, national collaboration, innovation pathways, and structured professional development frameworks that support both clinical excellence and career progression.
This role offers the opportunity to operate both Dual Source and Single Source Siemens CT scanners within our busy St John of God Hospital site and nearby private clinic.
You will work closely with radiologists and specialist referrers across a broad and evolving CT service, including advanced interventional, cardiac studies, trauma and dual energy scanning.
Beyond technical delivery, you will play a key role in leading people, refining protocols, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in CT RadiographyStrong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilityProven ability to contribute to, or lead,



a multidisciplinary teamQualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to mentor, support, and develop team membersCommitment to continuous learning and qualified developmentFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
