About Us
We are passionate about developing better leaders and teams across all sectors and organisational levels.
Our people bring diverse expertise in leadership, academia, consulting, and executive coaching.
With a strong emphasis on culture, combining high performance with having fun, people love working here and share a common purpose: creating better leaders and, ultimately, a better world.
Our ambition is bold: to develop 10,000 leaders a year by ****.
Supporting a large network of consultants, our core team is tight-knit and operates with a flat structure.
This means everyone contributes to designing the best ways of working and delivering outstanding outcomes.
To achieve this, we partner with incredible organisations across Australia and leverage our own digital platform (
Able
) to deliver scalable, impactful leadership development.
We've been doing this for 22 years.
We've worked with 500+ organisations and developed 15,000+ leaders.
We work with major WA government departments, ASX-listed resources companies, national healthcare providers, and defence contractors.
Our sectors span government (national, state, local), commercial (mining & resources, defence, construction, technology, qualified services, manufacturing), and care professions (healthcare, aged care, disability services).
We design bespoke leadership programs delivered by coaching, workshops and training using a suite of diagnostic tools, to make lasting change.
Our work has been recognised with an AITD Excellence Award *****) and EFMD Excellence in Practice Silver *****).
We work with 120+ brilliant partners across Australia (coaches, facilitators and consultants) who deliver our programs,
many of whom have had significant leadership roles.
Our client retention is 95%.
We keep clients because the work actually does what we say it will do.
We love working with open-minded and hard-working people who share our values (visit ).
The role
As our Office Administration Assistant, you keep the office, workshops, and day-to-day operations running smoothly so our delivery team, facilitators, and clients can do their best work.
This is a hands-on, practical support role focused on the details that make a real difference.
Hours (please read carefully)
This is a part time role of
15 hours per week, worked in our Perth office
across three set days:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and either Wednesday or Thursday
.
You need to be in the office from
approximately 8:30am to 1:30pm
on each of those days.
These hours are fixed because the role anchors our workshops, team meetings, and the daily rhythm of the office.
The role can sit alongside other part-time work, but it will not suit anyone with daytime study, classes, or other commitments during these hours.
What you'll need (essential)
Valid, ongoing Australian work rights.
This is essential.
Applications without it cannot be considered.
Availability to work in our Perth office on the set days and hours above, every week.
Reliable, consistent attendance.
Clear, professional communication with colleagues and guests.
Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar support role will be highly regarded.
What you'll do
Office and materials.
Keep the office tidy, stocked, and welcoming, including shared spaces, meeting rooms, storage, and plants.
Print and assemble program and workshop materials, arrange couriers and deliveries, maintain supplies such as paper and ink, and make sure monitors, printers, and basic AV are working and ready.
Team support.
Provide practical administrative support to the delivery team, and support internal and board meetings including setup, catering, and refreshments.
Workshops and events.
Coordinate and support internal and external workshops and events: scheduling, booking venues, setting up and packing down rooms, organising catering, and creating a smooth, welcoming experience for participants.
Workshop volume rises and falls through the year, some weeks a few, some stretches none, so this part of the role flexes with our calendar.
For the right person, there's room to take real ownership of how our events run.
Who you are
You're organised, practical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
You notice what needs doing and take initiative.
You're comfortable with routine, hands-on tasks, and you take pride in creating calm, functional, welcoming spaces.
This is a support role, not a stepping stone into a broader coordination or management position.
It suits someone who wants steady, reliable, part-time work they can count on.
