Electrical Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers
Crystalise is seeking experienced Electrical Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers to support a major client across a range of site-based (8/6 rotation) and Perth office-based engagements.
Immediate opportunities are available for electrical engineering professionals to support site execution activities, with additional office-based roles anticipated to assist with project development, engineering coordination and transition into execution.

These roles provide an exciting chance to work as part of our client's project delivery team, supporting brownfield capital works and operational improvement initiatives within a high-risk industrial environment.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Support the safe delivery of electrical projects from development through to execution and handover.
Coordinate electrical engineering, design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define scopes and front-end development requirements.
Ensure project initiatives are robust, aligned with business objectives and progressed through the required gated delivery process.
Monitor, control and report contractor activities, taking corrective action where required.
Review electrical designs, technical documentation, scopes of work and contractor deliverables.
Participate in site investigations,



constructability reviews, risk assessments and development of corrective actions.
Coordinate site and office-based resources to support effective project delivery.
Identify, mitigate and manage project, technical and execution risks.
Provide regular reporting, cost control, schedule updates and project tracking.
Support project transitions between office-based development, site execution, commissioning and operational handover.
Engage with operations, maintenance, engineering and contractor stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Key attributes for success:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer.
Strong brownfield project delivery experience across development, design, construction, commissioning and handover.
Experience working within mining, oil and gas, processing, refinery or similar high-risk industrial environments.
Previous site-based project execution experience is highly regarded.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering standards, project controls and contractor management.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a professional and adaptable manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
Both site-based and Perth office-based opportunities may be available, including roles supporting the transition of projects from development into site execution.
