This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our poolside oasis, WET Deck.
Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to;Manage and lead a team, supporting Talent by empowering and motivating them to deliver exceptional guest servicesConduct training and development to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products, menu, and service standardsImplement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the propertyManage in compliance with all local, state and Federal beverage and liquor lawsUnderstand beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, food standards, and period end inventory;Comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll reports as needed to assist in the financial management of departmentMaintain food handling and sanitation standardsLead planning and development of menusHotel experience preferredBENEFITSDiscounts on hotel rooms including all properties within the Marriott International group,
