its a chance to shape memorable dining experiences while growing your career within a globally recognised hotel network.The OpportunityReporting to the Hotel Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of Riverside Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, strong team engagement, and outstanding business performance.Working closely with our culinary, events, and hotel teams, you'll create seamless experiences across breakfast, lunch, dinner, conferences, and special events.In This Role, You Will:Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiencesTake ownership of daily operations and service excellenceBe visible on the floor, coaching and supporting your team during serviceDrive revenue through upselling initiatives, promotions, and guest engagementBuild a positive team culture through recruitment, training, mentoring, and recognitionManage rosters, labour costs, productivity, and operational budgetsOversee stock control, ordering, cost management, and wastage minimisationEnsure compliance with food safety, RSA, WHS, and brand standardsMaintain exceptional presentation, ambience, and cleanliness standardsPartner with the Head Chef and wider hotel team to deliver successful events, functions, and group bookingsAbout YouYou're a hospitality professional who leads with energy, positivity, and professionalism.
