We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a part-time position based in Bella Vista, providing essential support to our accounting operations.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth running of our accounting operations.
This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their accounting skills in a supportive and professional environment.What you'll be doingSupport and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Review, process and record invoices and other financial transactions accurately.Assist with bank, credit card and account reconciliations.Support month-end and year-end close activities and related reconciliation process.Support the preparation of BAS and other compliance reports.Maintain financial records and documentation.Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.What we're looking forA qualification in accounting/bookkeepingBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial proceduresPrevious experience in an accounts or finance role would be advantageousProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
