We're partnering with an established organisation to find an experiencedUKG (Kronos) Dimensions System Administratorwho can confidently manage BAU technical administration while also leading enhancements, release activity, and problem-solving across the business.
You'll sit at the centre of workforce technology, working closely withHR, Payroll, Operations and ITto ensure the platform performs at its best.

About the role:
Own day-to-day technical administration and configuration ofUKG Dimensions(Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence/Attendance, Leave)Configure and maintainpay rules, work rules,



schedules and accrual profilesMonitor and resolveintegrations/file feedswith upstream/downstream systems (e.g. SAP EC/SAP Payroll)Manageuser access, roles and permissionsin line with security/compliance requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve BAU issues acrosstimekeeping, timeclocks, pay rules, schedules and employee time recordsPlan and supportUKG releases/patchesincluding testing, validation and deployment supportMaintain documentation (SOPs/config notes) and partner withUKG Support, HR, Payroll, Operations and ITto deliver continuous improvement
About you:
Strong hands-on experience administeringUKG Dimensions (Kronos)in a production environment3-5+ yearssystems administration experience, including2+ yearsdedicated UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM / Kronos administrationConfident configuringpay rules, work rules, schedules and accrual profilesComfortable troubleshootinginterfaces/data discrepanciesand BAU defectsFamiliar withtime clock device administrationand supportSolid understanding of wage & hour compliance concepts as they relate to configuration (overtime, meal/rest breaks)Strong stakeholder management — able to translate technical detail into practical outcomesAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment
