With our transition from Procura to AlayaCare and a growing focus on data-driven decision making, we are seeking a highly capable System Support Analyst to maximise the value of our Client Management System across the organisation.
This is a unique chance to work at the intersection of systems, operations and business improvement.
You will ensure the CMS remains reliable, effective and aligned with organisational needs while providing specialist advice to leaders, driving continuous improvement, and helping Rise make better use of information, reporting and technology to support operational and strategic decision-making.
You will also lead a small CMS support team and play a key role in strengthening data quality, system governance and organisational capability
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at various Rise Offices (including in Middle Swan, Forrestfield and Warwick) with work-from-home flexibility.
A typical day might include:Investigating and resolving system issues raised by operational teams.Building or enhancing reports and dashboards for managers.Analysing data to identify trends, compliance risks or service improvement opportunities.Configuring and testing CMS enhancements and system updates.Training users and supporting teams to get the most from AlayaCare.Collaborating with stakeholders to improve business processes and automate manual tasks.Leading a small support team and prioritising system improvement initiatives.
?? The need-to-have...You are naturally curious, analytical and solutions-focused,
with a passion for improving systems, processes and the way people use technology.
You bring:Experience supporting, administering or optimising business-critical systems.Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Experience developing reports, dashboards and actionable business insights.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Experience driving system adoption, continuous improvement or organisational change initiatives.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.A collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously when required.
Desirable:Experience with AlayaCare, Procura, Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools.Exposure to automation, digital transformation and process improvement projects.Experience within community services, disability, aged care, health or a related sector.
