This includes inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.Painting, plaster work and repairing of wallsRepair and maintenance of windows and door hardwareGeneral garden maintenanceSafety and Compliance: Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing equipment used in the facility or outsourcing to external companies.Skills & ExperienceAdaptable, passionate and willing to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Basic PlumbingPainting and patch work of walls and ceilingsBasic electrical knowledge and cabinetry skillsPlease note that you must have Australian Working Rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain one).
