working with clients across a range of presentations and supporting their recovery and wellbeing in their own environments.Deliver direct clinical care and support to clients in community mental health settingsWork as part of a dedicated mental health team in RockhamptonPreferred RequirementsDemonstrated experience working in community mental health nursingStrong clinical assessment and care planning skills in mental health contextsAbility to build therapeutic relationships with clients and their familiesSound knowledge of mental health conditions, treatments, and recovery principlesExcellent communication and documentation skills in line with clinical standardsPreferred QualificationsCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAClinical Nurse classification (NRG 6) or equivalentPost‐graduate qualification or demonstrated competency in mental health nursing
