Clinical Manager - Home & Community CareNVC Group is a community-owned, not-for-profit organisation delivering quality care and education services since ****.We proudly support our local communities through a range of Home and Community Care services in the Coffs Coast and Nambucca and Macleay ValleysLearn more about us: about-us/Primary Objectives of the Role:Provide and/or coordinate clinical leadership in all aspects of the home and community operations.Work collaboratively with all levels of management, clinicians, carers, clients, families, support staff and other relevant community agencies to facilitate an effective client focused service.Assume the responsibility for the overall clinical management of clients, assisting and directing the Registered NursesMaintain standards of nursing practice consistent with ANMC competencies and the philosophy and values of NVC Group.Promote and foster a progressive exchange of ideas, values and practices.Selection CriteriaNursing registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated experience, knowledge and ANMC competencies for Registered Nurses.Demonstrated clinical problem‐solving skills to maximise client care.Proven Management skills demonstrated team leadership,
