Microsoft 365 and Teams issuesMaintain meeting room and video conferencing technologyPrepare and deploy equipment for new startersManage and resolve incidents through the IT service management platformAssist in maintaining security and compliance standard for end-user devicesAbout You1-2 years' experience in a Desktop Support, Service Desk or IT Support roleExperience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams and Windows environmentsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)Experience with Active Directory user administrationExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem solvingAbility to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?
