Our client, a quick-paced distributer of engineered products are currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their small team in Eagle Farm!
PositionWarehouse SupervisorResponsibilitiesLead the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.Manage inventory levels and assist with compliance with to financial systems and ensure stock levels are accurate.Co-ordinate warehouse activities to ensure customer sales orders and distribution orders are supplied in full, on time.Assist with leading 6 monthly warehouse stock takes, typically conducted on a Saturday.Implement safety protocols to create a secure work environment.Optimize warehouse layout for efficient product flow.Communicate with suppliers, carriers,



and internal teams to coordinate shipments.Analyze data to improve processes and reduce costs.Supervise the warehouse team and lead by example.Develop and train team members across all areas of the warehouse providing opportunities to upskill and provide coverage as required.Provide motivation for the warehouse team and ensure there is a harmonious and positive team environment.QualificationsProven experience in warehouse management.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Knowledge of inventory management software and RF scanning systems is a plus.A team player mind set with good communication skills and computer literacy.Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
