You'll be responsible for identifying and supplying parts, processing customer orders, inventory management and helping ensure our parts department operates efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and supply truck parts to customers and workshop techniciansManage inbound and outbound parts sales enquiriesPrepare customer quotes and process ordersProcess invoices, payments and creditsProvide technical assistance and support to the Service DepartmentMaintain accurate inventory and database recordsAssist with receipting, sorting,



storing and dispatching stockParticipate in stocktakes and inventory control activitiesSupport efficient warehouse operations and workflowMaintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirementsContribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiativesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering quality service.
If you have strong automotive, or machinery parts experience but have not worked specifically as a Parts Interpreter, we still encourage you to apply.Ideally, you'll have:Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar parts-related roleExperience interpreting parts within the automotive, truck, transport or machinery sectorsStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood computer and administrative skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive approach and strong work ethicCommitment to workplace safety and complianceCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceForklift Licence (desirable)Transport industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.About UsSunshine Coast Isuzu is the Sunshine Coast's trusted destination for Isuzu Trucks, parts, service and Isuzu Power Solutions.
