Programmed is seeking eager dockhands and freight handlers to join a well-known international leader in freight.
The role offers an early-morning shift, Monday to Friday, 5:30am–10:30am, at a site in Ipswich.
You will assist drivers to load from conveyor to trucks, measure, weigh and count products, and help with marking and labeling while handling up to 25kg.
