You'll work closely with leadership, subject matter experts and frontline teams to ensure our training is current, compliant and genuinely useful.You'll thrive here if you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being part of a high-performing organisation committed to excellence and positive outcomes for apprentices, employers and communities.What You'll Be DoingCoordinate and deliver learning programs including new starter onboarding, refresher training and upskillingProvide day-to-day coaching,



support and development for SDC staffBuild robust relationships across AASS teams to support learning and capability upliftCollaborate with leadership to monitor performance, identify learning gaps and implement targeted training solutionsMaintain, update and create training resources, guides, process documentation and e-learning contentDevelop practical, role-specific training by consulting with subject matter experts and analysing operational needsUse a mix of learning methods — coaching, job-shadowing, workshops, online modulesConduct monitoring, quality checks and post-training audits to confirm training effectivenessRecommend improvements to processes, resources and practices based on training outcomesSupport continuous improvement across SDC operationsEnsure staff understand compliance requirements and contractual obligationsDeliver initial and ongoing developmental training for BUSY At Work SDC personnelRespond to changes in government policy and ensure training reflects current guidelinesReport on staff progress, training outcomes and capability developmentManage your workload effectively to meet KPIs and deadlinesUphold BUSY's commitment to child safety and organisational valuesThis is a fixed term position until April, ****, based in our Southport office.BUSY Benefits3 additionalpaid annual leave days – Christmas closureEnjoy a hybrid work model, collaborating in the office and working from homeClear pathways for internal advancementBUSY Benefits program-Paid parental Leave,
