and continuing to deliver the level of service and care that prestige vehicle owners expect.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and confirm appointments with clientsPrepare and update job cardsContact guests the evening before their service to confirm details and scope of workMaintain accurate records of customer and vehicle informationGreet guests professionally and warmlyInspect vehicles alongside clients to assess condition and identify concernsBook vehicles in, diagnose issues, and log service requests for workshop reviewCommunicate clearly and consistently with customers throughout the service processEnsure all dealership and manufacturer policies are followedCoordinate repair and maintenance services with clients and obtain necessary approvalsDesired Qualifications and Experience:Sound product knowledge of multi-brand and European vehiclesPrevious experience as a Service Advisor or qualified technicianExcellent presentation and professional demeanourExceptional customer service and communication skillsEagerness to learn and grow within the roleGoal-oriented with a focus on achieving individual and team KPIsJoin us at Grand Motors Automall, where your skills will be valued and your growth supported.We appreciate all applications; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
