You'll be technically minded,



handling on-site installations from start to finish and providing continuous technical support to our customers.This role is based in our contemporary CBD office and requires some customer onsite visits across Sydney metro and regional areas to ensure the best possible customer experience.ResponsibilitiesSetting up and configuring POS and terminal hardware and software, ensuring proper connectivity and functionalityTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and softwareProviding training to customers and internal teamsEffectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiencesWhat you'll bring2+ years' experience in user support and troubleshooting hardware and software issuesStrong hands-on experience with POS systems and payment terminalsThe ability to learn new technologies and devices quicklyA go getter with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsApplicants must have a legal right to work in Australia as we are unable to provide sponsorship for this level of role.Shift4 is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
